I created The Happiness Habits Routine™ eCourse because I’m passionate about sharing the lessons I’ve learned moving away from negativity to help YOU discover everyday joy.

I'm Michelle Reeves, a life coach, blogger, mental health charity MIND ambassador and Mum of two. Over the past 6 years I've learned to find happiness in the everyday after recovering from postnatal depression.

I set up my award-winning site THEJOYCHASER.COM to inspire and empower busy mamas and bloggers to become their most positive and productive selves. 

But I wanted to do more. Much more.

So, along with some amazing friends (and some fabulous bonuses), I've created this online course to give busy Mamas the tools and techniques to create a simple daily routine that puts the focus back on YOU and YOUR happiness.

We all deserve to be happy, to find the space in our day that's just for us.
